Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend joining this person's team.
Over time, I have developed serious concerns about the ethics, leadership style, and overall treatment of team members within this organization. I have spoken with multiple current and former members who expressed similar concerns regarding fairness, transparency, and the way people are treated when it comes to team building and organizational growth.
Trust is one of the most important foundations of any business relationship. When the same concerns continue to surface from different people over an extended period of time, it raises legitimate questions about leadership practices and the culture being created within the organization.
Everyone should do their own research before joining any team. I strongly encourage prospective members to speak with both current and former team members, ask difficult questions, and make an informed decision based on a complete picture rather than promotional presentations alone.
In my opinion, long-term success is built on integrity, transparency, and respect for people—not simply on rank advancement, bonuses, or financial results.
