Review by Alex on InCruises (inGroup)

One of the biggest problems inside inCruises/inGroup is the alleged practice of position buying and artificial qualification.
The company’s own rules clearly prohibit “position buying” and “commission buying.” Partners are not allowed to coordinate or pay for accounts that would otherwise not exist in order to reach higher ranks, protect bonuses, or qualify for additional compensation.
On paper, the rules are strict. But in practice, many partners believe the company has known about these activities for years and has chosen to ignore them, especially when they involve high-ranking leaders.
The most painful part is the double standard. Ordinary partners are expected to follow every rule, while some Board Directors, Top Ambassadors, Regional/International Directors, and other top leaders appear to be protected, promoted, and praised despite serious ethical concerns.
This creates deep disappointment among people at the bottom. New partners join hoping to build honestly, only to discover that rank and recognition may depend on hidden arrangements rather than real leadership.
Rules mean nothing if they are not applied equally.
